Confidential Income Statement

To assist Circle VHA in correctly assessing a tenant’s rent please ensure that you  complete the Confidential Income Statement form and send to your Income Management Officer who will assess it. Any change in circumstances needs to be reported to your Income Management Officer at the earliest opportunity.
