Contacting our Customer Services Team?

The following options are presented to you when you phone the Circle customer services team:

Option 1 – Income: Call our Income team for queries relating to your rent account and rent assessment, to pay your rent and service charge or for help managing your arrears. 

Option 2 – Tenancy: Call our Tenancy team for any support required relating to your tenancy, such as reporting anti-social behaviour, seeking a transfer, making a change to your tenancy, or making a pet application. 

Option 3 – Accounts: Call our Accounts Payable team to discuss invoice queries. 

Option 4 – Facilities: Call our Facilities team if Circle are your management company and you have any issues in your communal areas. 

Option 5 – Customer Service: Call our Customer Service team if you have a repair to report inside your home and for all other general queries.
