Customer Services Coordinator

The Customer Services Coordinator will lead the transformation from a customer service team to a proactive
contact centre, which will manage all incoming interactions and deal directly with the most frequent service
requests. The aim is to develop a right first-time culture which deals with service requests in the most efficient
and Tenant First led manner.
They will work closely with Customer Experience Manager and Director of Services on the development of
existing Housing IT systems, developing and implementing AI technologies to automate the most frequent
service requests, and ensuring that the contact centre is effectively supported to deliver excellent services. They
will provide support and supervision to the Customer Services Officers. In delivering the key requirements of
the role, the successful candidate will liaise and work closely with managers and coordinators in developing
policies, procedures and projects to improve services, ensuring that all tenants receive a timely and positive
response to their contact with Circle VHA by achieving high rates of satisfaction.

Tenancy Services Assistant

The role:
The Tenancy Services Assistant will be the first point of contact for all matters relating to tenancy management and engagement. The role covers efficient and effective administrative support in Cost Rental advertisements, lotteries, application assessments and allocations, Residential Tenancies Board (RTB) registrations and disputes, and providing administrative support to the Tenancy Services team. The Tenancy Services Assistant will answer tenancy related calls and contact from our tenants, responding to all tenant contact in a friendly, efficient, and calm manner whilst also providing information and sign posting to tenants across all aspects of housing and the property services Circle VHA provides. 

Location:??Agile working, with access to Head Office at Phoenix House, 32-34 Castle Street, Dublin 2?

€26,700 – €37,400 starting salary dependent on experience

Team Administrator – Development Department

The role:
The purpose of the role of the Development Team Administrator is to provide comprehensive administrative support to
the New Business and Development Department, including assistance in the preparation of financial applications. The
role is also responsible for ensuring the effective management of internal and external documentation. The postholder
will also require a flexible approach to the role and will work as part of a team delivering a professional service to both
internal and external stakeholders.

35,800 – 36,874 per annum, starting salary dependent on experience

Mobile Maintenance Operative

As the Mobile Maintenance Operative, your role will be to ensure that essential repairs are carried out on estates and within homes. You will also be responsible for working closely with the Facilities Team and Tenancy Services Officers to ensure estates are kept in good and safe condition. Working closely with colleagues in both the Property Services and Housing Management team, you will carry out a range of basic repairs and other estate works to ensure homes and communal areas are kept in good and safe condition

Tenancy Services Officer

The Role: You will be the first point of contact for all matters relating to our tenants and the communities in
which they live. You will be responsible for lettings and allocations, engaging and responding to the needs of
our tenants. You will work with tenants, internal colleagues and external partners in designing and delivering
high-quality services.

€35,800- €53,700. Starting salary dependent on experience

Customer Services Officer

The Customer Services Officer is the main contact point for our tenants, customers and other stakeholders. This
role is part of our core Services team and will support all departments to deliver excellent repairs and tenancy
services to our tenants in their homes. The Customer Services Officer is responsible for responding to customer
queries, logging responsive repairs, dealing with all customer contact in a friendly, efficient, and calm manner.
Whilst also providing the provision of information, sign-posting and services to customers across all aspects of
housing and the property services Circle VHA provides.

Hi, my name is Eleanor Kilby-Grainge, I am the HR Administrator at Circle VHA. I began working at the organisation in July 2021, and thoroughly enjoy been part of the Circle VHA team! 

I have always felt that everyone has the right to safe and affordable housing and, the security and comfort this brings. I am thrilled to be part of our dedicated and supportive Circle VHA team.
