The HR Manager plays a crucial role in managing the full spectrum of human resources functions within the organisation. This position is responsible for providing strategic and operational support to various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR compliance, and benefits administration. The Tenancy Services Officer is the first point of contact for all matters relating to our tenants and the communities in which they live. The successful candidate will be responsible for lettings and allocations, engaging and responding to the needs of our tenants. They will work with tenants, internal colleagues and external partners in designing and delivering high-quality services.
Location:??Hybrid working across Leinster region, with office and site attendance required?
€35,800- €53,700. Starting salary dependent on experience
The purpose of the role of Asset & Repairs Administrator is to provide assistance and co-ordination in the implementation and monitoring of internal departmental processes and procedures as well as spearheading a comprehensive administrative and data management service to the Director of Asset
Management and the Asset Management department. The role is also responsible for providing data analysis, monitoring and reporting in respect to the various services the department provides. The post holder will require a flexible approach to the job and will work as part of a team delivering a professional service to both internal and external stakeholders.

The Tenant Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for development and delivery of Circle VHA’s Tenant Communication and Engagement Strategies (TCES). The successful applicant will be an experienced, energetic and resourceful. They will provide leadership and be proactive in developing initiatives to improve satisfaction, gathering and acting upon feedback and creating new opportunities for tenants to input into Circle VHA. They will supervise staff engaging in both tenant engagement and Quality in our Diversity initiatives. The post holder must be prepared to work flexibly and be able to attend occasional out of hours meetings. They will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively nationwide between various locations to meet the requirements of our tenants.

€48,500 – €67,900. Starting salary dependent on experience.

Hi, my name is Eleanor Kilby-Grainge, I am the HR Administrator at Circle VHA. I began working at the organisation in July 2021, and thoroughly enjoy been part of the Circle VHA team!
I have always felt that everyone has the right to safe and affordable housing and, the security and comfort this brings. I am thrilled to be part of our dedicated and supportive Circle VHA team.
