Circle VHA is an Approved Housing Body (AHB) and is ‘deemed to be registered’ by the Approved Housing Bodies Regulatory Authority (AHBRA).  AHBRA is responsible for maintaining the register of Approved Housing Bodies (AHB) and for registering organisations as AHBs.  The Approved Housing Bodies Register is available to view at www.ahbregulator.ie.

As a registered charity (no. 20053840) Circle VHA is required to submit annual returns to the Charities Regulator.  Circle VHA is compliant with the Charities Governance Code and is included on the Register of Charities which is available at www.charitiesregulator.ie.

Circle VHA tenancies are registered with the Residential Tenancies Board, which provides a framework for resolving tenant-landlord disputes.  See www.rtb.ie

Circle VHA has a Property Services Regulatory Authority’s (PSRA) type D licence (no. 002408) which allows us to provide property services. The PSRA maintains the Public Register for Property Services Providers and is available to view at www.psr.ie
