Regulation and Standards

We comply with all relevant regulatory and statutory requirements, including:

  • The Approved Housing Body (AHB) Regulatory Standards and the Housing (Regulation of Approved Housing Bodies) Acts 2019–2024
  • Guidance issued by the Charities Regulatory Authority and the requirements of the Charities Acts 2009–2024
  • The Companies Act 2014 and all filing obligations with the Companies Registration Office (CRO)
