Everything you need to know about moving into your new home – from signing your tenancy agreement to paying rent and getting your gas and electricity switched on, is covered in our Pre-Tenancy Training Course and Video. 

Any offer of housing is conditional on completing our Pre Tenancy Training Course and Video. This is an important part of the tenant induction process and helps you understand your tenancy agreement, your rights and responsibilities, and what to expect before and during your move.

The course also explains how to access Circle VHA’s services once you have moved into your new home. We are committed to making sure all tenants receive clear and easy to understand information about your tenancy, your home, and the responsibilities of both tenants and Circle VHA.
