At Circle, we believe that a home should be more than just a place to live, it should be a foundation for wellbeing, connection, and community.
As we mark World Mental Health Day which takes place on the 10th October, we’re joining the global conversation to highlight that mental health is a universal human right. It’s a day to remind ourselves that looking after our mental wellbeing is just as important as caring for our physical health and that support is always available.
You’re Not Alone
Everyone faces challenges from time to time, and it’s okay to ask for help. Whether you’re struggling yourself or supporting someone else, small steps, like talking, sharing, or seeking support can make a big difference.
