Thornton Heights Community clean-up Fun day was held in the Thornton Heights complex located in Inchicore, Dublin 8 hosted on the 8th July 2022. Tenancy Services Officer (TSO) Mary Ryan coordinated alongside several departments across the organisation.
Purpose of the event?
The purpose of the event was to bring staff and tenants together to take part in a community clean up day. This also gave staff that are not out onsite an opportunity to meet with tenants and see the communities that our tenants live in.
There was a great staff turn out at the event from all departments across the organisation.
Entertainment provided by
Glam Faries provided the delicious treats for the event with yummy popcorn and candy floss! We also had a special appearance by Genie Maker who provided the entertainment for the children with her funny bunny making the kids laugh! The children also enjoyed some face painting.
The community Garda also popped in to say hello and mingle with the tenants & Staff.
