A Landmark Project Rooted in Collaboration

The Housing with Supports project at Richmond Place exemplifies what can be achieved when collaboration and shared purpose come together. This innovative model provides secure, high-quality homes for older residents with on-site support, empowering people to live independently within a vibrant, connected community.

The success of this project was made possible through the partnership of the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage, Department of Health, The Housing Agency, Age Friendly Ireland, ALONE, Housing Finance Agency, Health Service Executive (HSE), and Dublin City Council alongside the exceptional architectural vision of OBFA Architects.

Homes People Are Proud to Call Their Own

From its early planning stages to completion, Richmond Place has been shaped by a focus on residents, ensuring that design, management, and support services truly reflect the needs of the people who live there. The result is a welcoming community where tenants have expressed how much they love their homes and community.

“I am very happy here living in Richmond Place, it’s absolutely heaven, the peace and the quiet is unbelievable, the staff at Circle are so very helpful and everyone you meet is happy. I’ve never met a sad person since I’ve moved in.”
