Circle VHA’s vision is to make a real difference by delivering quality homes and innovative integrated housing solutions to individuals and families in Ireland. Circle works together with local authorities, state agencies, developers, and funders to deliver new-build social and affordable housing solutions. Currently, Circle manages and owns over 2,500 homes nationally.

Collaborating with Circle VHA

As one of Irelands top five AHB’s (Approved Housing Bodies), Circle are looking to continue our rapid growth by expanding our portfolio of homes in the coming years.  We aim to achieve this by seeking to acquire homes at scale from developers who are looking for long term partners who we could do repeat business with.  Circle VHA take a collaborative approach to working relationships with developers that provide excellent value for money.

Our Current Needs:

  • New build developments of >10 homes
  • 1-3 Bed Apartments in city Locations
  • 2 & 3 Bed Houses/Duplexes in suburban: Locations near major towns
  • A mix of both houses and apartments in larger developments
  • Medium to large-scale refurbishments near major conurbations.
  • Single tenure Social Housing up to approx. 60 homes.
  • Mixed tenure developments e.g. 30% Social to 70% Cost Rental.
  • Part V Plus
  • Sites with Planning Permission near major towns and cities.

* All developments are subject to the Local Authorities needs analysis and approval to progress *
