Fr Patsy Carolan won the All Island Chartered Institute of Housing Aware for Housing Hero 2019 on Friday night in Belfast, for his dedication and commitment to housing in the UK and Ireland over the last 50 plus years. We are proud to say that he has been a Circle Board Member for the last 15 years and that his commitment and dedication to Circle, our tenants and the communities in which he lives has changed the lives of many people. Thank you Fr Patsy for all you have done for us over the years.
