Any offer of housing that we make to people is conditional upon completion of our pre-tenancy training course. The pre-tenancy course is a core element of the new tenant induction process and is designed to ensure people are informed about their tenancy agreement and their rights and responsibilities as a tenant of Circle VHA. We also explain the steps that need to happen before and as you move into your new home. Once you have moved you will need to know how to access the services that Circle VHA provide. It is our obligation to explain tenant’s and landlord rights and responsibilities and to ensure information is easily accessible and understandable for every tenant.
We believe that all new tenants must be given a full and timely induction. This induction is regarded as a vital part of tenant engagement and integration into your new home. We want to ensure that all tenants are supported whilst moving into their new home and to ensure that we provide ongoing information and support to you, especially during the first 6 months of your new tenancy.
