Tenancy Services Officer

The Tenancy Services Officer is the first point of contact for all matters relating to our tenants and the communities in which they live. The successful candidate will be responsible for lettings and allocations, engaging and responding to the needs of our tenants. They will work with tenants, internal colleagues and external partners in designing and delivering high-quality services.

Vacancy – Asset & Repairs Administrator

The purpose of the role of Asset & Repairs Administrator is to provide assistance and co-ordination in the implementation and monitoring of internal departmental processes and procedures as well as spearheading a comprehensive administrative and data management service to the Director of Asset

Management and the Asset Management department. The role is also responsible for providing data analysis, monitoring and reporting in respect to the various services the department provides. Vacancy – Tenant Engagement Coordinator

The Tenant Engagement Coordinator will be responsible for development and delivery of Circle VHA’s Tenant Communication and Engagement Strategies (TCES). The successful applicant will be an experienced, energetic and resourceful. They will provide leadership and be proactive in developing initiatives to improve satisfaction, gathering and acting upon feedback and creating new opportunities for tenants to input into Circle VHA. They will supervise staff engaging in both tenant engagement and Quality in our Diversity initiatives. The post holder must be prepared to work flexibly and be able to attend occasional out of hours meetings. They will be expected to travel efficiently and effectively nationwide between various locations to meet the requirements of our tenants.

The Customer Experience Manager will provide leadership and operational responsibility for delivering
excellent customer service, engagement and insight. They will be responsible for tenant engagement,
empowerment and involvement, ensuring tenant feedback influences service delivery and drives positive
change. They will lead the Customer Services team, Tenant Engagement team and work collaboratively with
all departments to provide quality housing and services and continuously seek ways of making improvements.
They will work closely with the Management and Leadership teams to ensure the delivery of Circles key
priorities and Strategy. The successful candidate will set objectives for their department and report on key
deliverables to the Director of Services and Leadership team

The Asset & Repairs Officer responsible for ensuring all property services are delivered to a high quality across
all our homes and estates. The role is varied and may include property surveys, contractor procurement &
management, defect diagnosis, clerk of work services, snagging and tendering. You will support delivery of all
reactive and planned maintenance, working with colleagues across Services, Assets, Development and
Finance departments to ensure seamless services to our tenants.
