Reuben Hambakachere is a community and youth work practitioner, public speaker, and trainer specialising in diversity, inclusion, and intercultural awareness. He holds a Master of Social Sciences in Community and Youth Work from Maynooth University and has over 15 years’ experience leading community development and EU-funded projects.

Reuben has represented Ireland in international initiatives, including workshops for refugees in Greece and forums at the European Parliament. A passionate advocate for equality and migrant rights, he was appointed by the Minister for Justice to represent asylum seekers on a national working group on Direct Provision.

He currently serves as an Integration Support Coordinator with Dublin City Council, sits on the Board of Community Work Ireland, and contributes to the EU TREND Project, supporting migrants to become job creators across Europe.
