Paul is Circle’s Senior New Business and Delivery Manager, having joined the organisation in 2022 as a Senior Development Officer. He brings over six years’ experience in the Approved Housing Body sector, with a strong track record in large-scale development acquisitions across the Greater Dublin area.

Paul has led significant acquisition projects from initial appraisal through to delivery, demonstrating expertise in financial modelling, deal negotiation and stakeholder engagement. Most recently, he partnered with one of Ireland’s largest construction companies to deliver Limerick’s first Cost Rental scheme, comprising over 113 units.

With established relationships across developers, contractors, local authorities and funding bodies, Paul plays a key role in expanding Circle’s development pipeline. Prior to joining the organisation, he worked in the property sector in Abu Dhabi and holds an MSc in Sustainable Development.

In his current role, Paul is responsible for sourcing and securing new acquisition opportunities, leading financial assessments, negotiating commercial terms and guiding schemes through to completion.
