Elaine Keogh is New Business Manager in the Development Department at Circle Voluntary Housing Association. She joined Circle in 2019 and has progressed through a number of roles across Finance, Corporate Services and Development, bringing over six years’ organisational experience to her current position. Elaine has played a key role in the delivery of turnkey social housing projects across Ireland and is recognised for her strong client and developer relationships.
