Stephen Coy is a Senior Project Coordinator who joined Circle in 2022. Stephen has an extensive background in construction & architecture, graduating from DIT in 2008 with a BSc in Architectural Technology and subsequently earning a Master’s degree in Architecture from the University of Edinburgh. Stephen has amassed broad project management experience within the AHB industry, encompassing large apartment projects to mid-scale housing developments. He currently has a particular interest in Rapid & Prefabricated Construction Technology and its potential application in the delivery of Social Housing.
