Circle Launches Tender Opportunities for Fire Safety, Kitchen and Bathroom Works

As part of our ongoing commitment to delivering safe, high-quality, and comfortable homes for our tenants, Circle Voluntary Housing Association (Circle VHA) has published three new public tenders. These contracts are now open for submissions on the Irish Government’s eTenders platform.

We are seeking experienced and qualified contractors to deliver essential works across our property portfolio in the following key areas:

1. Fire Detection Systems

This tender covers the supply, installation, and maintenance of fire detection systems across a number of Circle VHA managed homes. The appointed contractor will play a vital role in helping us uphold the highest standards of safety and compliance.

2. Kitchen Replacements

We are inviting proposals for the replacement of outdated kitchen units and fittings in selected properties. This work supports our focus on enhancing living environments and improving the day-to-day experience of our tenants.

3. Bathroom Replacements

This contract will involve the refurbishment and upgrading of bathroom facilities, including modern fittings and accessibility enhancements where required. We are seeking contractors with a proven track record in residential retrofit and refurbishment works.
