Celebrating the Launch of the Fr. Patsy Carolan Education Bursary

We are delighted to celebrate the successful launch of the Fr. Patsy Carolan Education Bursary, an initiative supporting Circle tenants and their household members in pursuing education, training, and personal development opportunities.

This year, 10 Circle tenants have been awarded €500 bursaries to assist with course fees, materials, and other education-related costs. In addition, 20 tenants will receive a Digital Tools Pack, made possible through €5,500 in funding from the Housing Finance Agency.

On Friday, several bursary recipients visited Circle’s Head Office to collect their awards – a special moment to recognise their achievements and future aspirations.

Named in honour of Fr. Patsy Carolan, a founding member of Circle and lifelong advocate for tenant wellbeing, this bursary reflects his deep commitment to empowering communities through learning and opportunity.

We are incredibly proud of all who applied and look forward to sharing stories from our bursary recipients in the coming months, showcasing the inspiring ways they are using their awards to achieve their goals.

A special thanks to the Housing Finance Agency for supporting Circle tenants in their educational journeys through the Social Investment Fund.
