Role: Property & Facilities Officer
Reporting to the Head of Property Services, the Property & Facilities Officer will have responsibility for delivery of facilities management services to members of CVHA Managed Owner Management Companies (OMCs); responsibility for the provision of facilities management services in terms of Circle VHA premises and ensuring OMCs are compliant with Companies Act; MUD and Health & Safety legislation and other relevant regulations and legislation.
This role will sit within the newly formed Property Services team. The Property Services team is responsible for ensuring our customers continue to live in high quality homes through the delivery of comprehensive and effective asset management services. In addition, it leads on the delivery of managing agent services to several Owners Management Companies (OMCs). Whilst our focus may be the “bricks and mortar”, we recognise the need to design our services to meet our current and future customers’ needs, offering choice where possible and ensuring that our tenants and their families always enjoy warm, safe and affordable homes. Customer service will be of the highest calibre with the greatest expectation on the Property and Facilities Officer.
The Property & Facilities Officer is a key role within the property services team. The role is responsible for the delivery of property management services for the OMCs which CVHA currently manages along with a view to contributing to growing this element of the business. The role also encompasses facilities and compliance management for all CVHA owned and managed premises, ensuring that CHVA is compliant with all regulatory and legislative requirements relating to properties.
The successful candidate should have a PRSA type D licence, a full driving licence with access to a vehicle and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in property and facilities management.
