The Role:
The Customer Service Officer is the first point of contact for all matters relating to tenancy, estate and repairs and maintenance services. This role is part of our core Service and Property teams and will support both teams to deliver excellent tenancy and property services to our customers in their homes. The Customer Service Officer is responsible for responding to of customer queries and the measurement of customer satisfaction, dealing with all customer contact in a friendly, efficient, and calm manner whilst also providing the provision of information, sign posting and services to customers across all aspects of housing and the property services Circle VHA provides.
