Circle VHA is actively working to secure the acquisition of new properties for social housing.
The board of Circle VHA at its July meeting approved the acquisition of 30 new social housing units in the Dun Laoghaire- Rathdown, South Dublin and Fingal County council areas of Dublin.
We are now processing our application for Capital Advance Leasing Facility (CALF) funding to the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government and the Housing Finance Agency for these units.
We are also awaiting the completion of 32 new units in the Lucan area of South Dublin in the next number of weeks.
